Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G Review
Samsung has launched the latest flagship the Galaxy Note 20 ultra
Samsung has launched the latest flagship the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and they said that over a little bit early so to get some exclusive access to this phone.
So I’m going to unbox the phone quickly tell you what comes in the box and of course, take a close look at this very premium looking phone is also a lot more in this review.
There is the new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and as you can tell by that as Penn color. I do have the mystic brand, which I’m excited to see in person.
See how cool Galaxy Note 20 Ultra does look so right away. We do have our phone glance at the mystic Broncos that to the side and take a full look at what comes in the box inside we got a quick start guide same ejection to all and then our power adapter.
The superfast charging one which is USB type C in Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
Then of course we have a USB type C cable in the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Anyways, that’s everything that came in this box. However, your retail packaging might be a little bit different again member Simpson said this over to me a little bit early so now let’s go ahead and peel off his plastic there we go, revealing the mystic bronze cool now/it’s more like a Matt bronze color on the back.
I do like it more than I thought it was going to the bus driver fairly reflective so it’s nice that they went with more of a Matt coloring to the mystic bronze in the back of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
There’s a look at that camera module In the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
The triple camera system. There is a close-up of that module on the back taking a look at the camera bump that it does have and then the triple camera set up at the top you have a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The middle lens is the hundred feet megapixel wide-angle lens and then down to the bottom you have your 12-megapixel telephoto camera which is up to five times optical zoom you get your flash and then rate, here is your laser autofocus sensor down at the bottom.
It is an unfamiliar position as Penn on the left side as opposed to the standard right side will talk about that more just a second.
Your wire stereo speakers USB type C slug charging and a microphone are moving along the right side are where your power button is and then your volume rockers as well. Up at the top just a microphone.
In the new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Sim card slot. You also your microSD card slot for expandable storage on the left side of the phone.
Absolutely nothing and then here is just a closer look at the back down at the bottom. You do have that Samsung logo moving one for the mystic bronze dominant turn on this phone to the startup process only talk about anything noteworthy that we have a few actions to protect our phone between fingerprint, face recognition, and others.
Now a fingerprint in the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
It is an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and there is a preinstalled protector on the display with a cutout for that fingerprint but we are going to peel that off for the sake of this video.
However, if you’d like to leave it on. That’s fine. We are going to set up that in this play, fingerprint scanner, pretty simple spread and set your finger that you want to register on the screen and what you feel a little bit about vibration is lifted on up to try different parts of your finger as well as continue through 93, 100%. That’s it so we can add another one of the like to humbly continue through your now on the home screen.
Here’s a close look at that 6.9 inch Amel at 1440 P display you see up the topic does have a control design for that 10-megapixel front-facing camera in Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. You also noticed besides are curved of the display while holding the phone.
I’m noticing my pointer finger does naturally in Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Just an arrest under that camera module giving a little leverage to hold a little bit more comfortably. And speaking of the display in the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is pulling down the status bar at the top. I can already tell it has a higher refresh rate enabled. So this is a 120 Hz display. So let’s go ahead and find that your see out of the box looks like it does have 1080 P resolution.
You can bump it up to 1440 P if you’d like to the mind that will use more battery we are going to enable it though, so actually, I kinda forgot that in 1440 P simply doesn’t support 120 Hz so if you do want to use the 1440 P resolution will bump it down, 60 Hz, so we have to do is go back to 1080 P hit apply and if we go in the motion smoothness.
We can go ahead and bump it up to that hundred 20 Hz refresh rate, which I prefer a preferable 1080 P hundred 20 Hz over 1440 P 60 Hz would be nice to be able to enable our 20 Hz or 4040 P the box.
It does have the home recent and back buttons. However, you can go to the navigation bar and change to swipe gestures if you’d like to utilize more of that very large note display something most people love the note series for is that as Penn and it does feel a little strange going to the bottom left of the phone to take it out, but now if you think about it. Why exactly would they have to put this in the bottom left? It does make more sense. In my opinion, to have in the bottom right.
However, I think because the camera module is right here in the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Took a little bit too much space and was a little too difficult to engineer and as Penn to go in right here that’s just my take on it and not hundred percent sure you can reach out to Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and fill you in my full review, the SN does have air gestures because it has Bluetooth built-in so we want to test one out to press the button, go ahead and swipe up. It’s a great job. Very nice is a bunch of different ones you go back and do different things with these actions such as scope and photos.
Take pictures and different things and here’s a close look at that as that colored bronze to match the phone pretty standard doesn’t seem to be much different than previous versions of the button here. The tip is a lot more responsive on the display some excited to test that out.
And of course, you do have your clicking mechanism on the back because their actions you can initially control the phone so we go from right to left. It will bring up our recent Apple says we go into one of the apps and then selected.
If we want to go back. We just kind to do the opposite and it will go back to want to go home you start from the left and do that and then it will go home so there’s a bit of a learning curve but it is actually very useful not to go from down the up its smart Celexa will select and take a screenshot of something or you can go ahead and select different things you can make a gift part of it however you want to and then if you just to squiggles.
there’s a screenwriting feature so will take a screenshot and then you can go ahead and start writing on that specific screen so a lot of cool shortcuts to play around with them and prove that productivity taking out the SN will reveal some shortcuts that you can customize is a lot of different ones translate doodle live messages a lot of fun. Or you can just have the app shortcuts as well in terms of some specs.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra battery & processors
In this phone 4500 mAh battery inside along with the Qualcomm snapdragon 865+ processors the latest lecture processor from Qualcomm, 8 GB of RAM, and let’s jump into the camera app for the first time so we want to go ahead and just snap a picture except for couple quick pictures here and there. If you want to switch lenses you can just tap one of these icons are the altar writing ON Josie my very messy set up right now.
Of course, you can zoom in at that 5X articles or not. This is not a digital zoom you’re not losing any quality on these images when you zoom in up to five times and if you are curious on this phone you can zoom in up to 50 acts. This is digital zoom but kinda crazy can zoom in that far.
So be sure to follow that only to that down the description a few other noteworthy things about the camera you have a single take mode, which is a lot of fun. The user can take pictures smart cross filtered photos to take some videos as well just does a lot within your see 10 seconds, you can customize how long it actually will take and then in video mode kinda crazy on this phone in video mode. Let’s jump in the settings and show this off with the rear video.
You can shoot up to 80 K 24 frames a second video panic crazy to do that just on a smartphone. However, if you want to recorded 4K you can shoot in 4K 60 as well a K is in 24 frames per second, and finally just a look at a bunch of other modes that the camera does offer for you live. Focus tickets and portrait shots you have promos you can customize the shot to your liking with white balance autofocus aperture all that good stuff.
Samsung also does add a lot of useful features in the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. They have a link to Windows, you can connect your PC even wireless power share with you can set devices that can wirelessly charge on the back of your phone and charge them if you just picked up the galaxy buds live you can just go ahead and charge that from your phone. There are a lot of other features like a tax. You even have nearby share we can find other devices that are nearby, share different things with them.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra fingerprint scanner
Now, let’s go ahead and test out that fingerprint scanner. I just did real quick there ever regards tap on the display. It will turn on the spot where I need to hit it and you don’t necessarily could scan a guess where it is and what you get that muscle memory down.
You don’t even need that display to turn on you just go ahead and set your finger on that fingerprint scanner does seem to pretty quick seem to be very accurate as well and overall that is everything I wanted to talk about for now with the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Let me know you think about Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and of course the mystic bronze-colored skin like a map bronze cool looking phone, but a lot more to come guys on multiple Samsung devices including the note 20 altars, be sure to click that subscribe button. This video thumbs up as well and as always.
